Dada STEM focuses on SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 5: Gender Equality, and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. The organization aims to have more girls and women taking up STEM courses and occupying STEM spaces while actively developing innovations and championing these alongside their male counterparts. 

Dada STEM’s mission is: to increase the uptake of STEM education and fields among girls and young women in rural Kenya by providing targeted support and resources to underrepresented groups and the vision is: to achieve gender parity in the STEM fields and education in Kenya
