Mercy Njiru is a food scientist by profession, a certified lead auditor for FSMS and also a consultant in Food safety Management Systems. With over 7 years working experience in the manufacturing ,she is currently working in the manufacturing industry in one of the largest Agri-processing organization in Kenya where she has been offered several leadership opportunities and successful projects within her areas of expertise. Mercy believes that learning is an everyday activity and for successful leadership and empowerment of others one should be able to learn from others including the people we lead. She believes in women empowerment and has empowered several young women and encourages women to pursue education especially in the fields of science technology and mathematics.
