Michelle Maua is a Petroleum Engineering graduate currently serving as a Policy Analyst Intern at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP) in Accra, Ghana. Building on her academic foundation in engineering, she is now applying her technical knowledge to the energy policy sector. As a mentee in the Dada STEM program, Michelle worked closely with her mentor to learn how to effectively curate and tailor her CV for specific job positions and applications. This guidance was instrumental in her professional development and eventually helped her land her current internship position.
