Ashley Maru is a recent graduate in Industrial Chemistry with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and laboratory expertise. Proficient in conducting various chemical tests including density measurements, freezing point analysis, and distillation. Ashley excels in high-pressure environments, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of chemical testing, she got these skills after interning at Kenya Pipeline Company.

During university, Ashley served as an executive member of the Chemistry Club, where they honored leadership skills and supported initiatives to foster professional development among peers. As a member of Flame Mentors, they remain committed to mentorship and ongoing learning. She’s also part of the Dada Stem Mentorship Program as a mentee because of her urge to learn and grow with her peers in STEM.
