Collins Mwangudza Kai is a renewable energy professional advancing workforce development and technical capacity building across East Africa. He is part of a team implementing the Employment Promotion for Women for the Green Transformation in Africa (WE4D) project, which empowers women and youth by creating pathways to skills development and employment in the renewable energy sector. Collins is also a Technical Trainer at WTS Foundation

Collins is actively involved in mentoring young STEM professionals. Through the Dada STEM Mentorship Program, he has supported emerging talent as they navigate their academic and professional journeys and explore opportunities in the green economy.
