Cynthia Wanja Ireri is a final-year Information Technology student at Kabarak University. She has a strong interest in data science, machine learning, and the application of technology in public health. Currently, she is working on a project that aims to predict lung cancer using AI, demonstrating my commitment to leveraging technology to address critical health issues.
She gained practical experience as a data science intern at Langa Langa Hospital, where she used hospital data to support informed decision-making. She is also the developer working on a Swahili chatbot project that will provide personalized healthcare advice to expectant mothers in rural Kenya, reflecting her passion for improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
She actively participates in hackathons and collaborative projects, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow alongside other aspiring professionals in the tech field. Her goal is to contribute significantly to enhancing healthcare services for women in my community and beyond.She is excited to be a part of Dada STEM as a mentee, hoping to learn and grow alongside other young women in STEM.
