Civil Engineering Student

Fridah Kamau is a Civil Engineering student passionate about climate innovation, sustainable energy and entrepreneurship. She enjoys exploring how engineering and technology can be used to solve real-world challenges and create meaningful social impact. She is currently developing WattsForAll, an initiative that repurposes retired lithium-ion batteries into affordable energy storage systems for underserved communities while promoting responsible e-waste management. Through innovation programs and hackathons, Fridah continues to expand her knowledge in renewable energy and the circular economy. As a Dada STEM mentee, she looks forward to learning from experienced professionals, connecting with like-minded women in STEM and contributing to a more sustainable future.
