Geofrey Oyoo Oduwo is a Statistician, senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Impact Evaluation, and Data Analytics leader with over 17 years of experience translating data, research, and evidence into practical decisions that improve programmes, strengthen institutions, and advance inclusive development. He has worked across 24 countries in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, supporting multi-country evaluations, digital data systems, strategic learning, public health research, programme quality, and evidence-informed policy and practice.

As a Mentor with Dada STEM, Geofrey supports emerging STEM talent to build confidence, analytical thinking, career clarity, and practical skills in statistics, data science, research, evaluation, and evidence-informed leadership. He is passionate about helping young people, especially girls and women in STEM, see data and research as powerful tools for solving real community challenges, influencing policy, and creating social impact.

Geofrey currently serves as Chairman of the Statistical Society of Kenya, Co-Founder and Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at Sustainable Solutions Kenya, and Director, Lead Statistician and M&E Specialist at Innovia Research Consulting. He has also held senior roles with The Maa Trust, World Relief, Population Services Kenya, Evidence Action, Nielsen West Africa, and the KEMRI/CDC Research and Public Health Collaboration. His expertise spans health, SRHR, WASH, education, livelihoods, climate resilience, conservation, food security, public policy, and institutional strengthening.

Geofrey is also an experienced speaker, panelist, moderator, trainer, and thought leader on data, evidence, accountability, social impact, and inclusive development. He holds a Master of Science in Social Statistics from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with IT from Maseno University.
