Laurah Ondari is a Bioinformatician with an MSc in Bioinformatics and a BSc in Medical Biochemistry. She specializes in applying computational approaches to address complex biological questions and has extensive experience working with omics data. Her work combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to advancing bioinformatics through community engagement and capacity building.
Laurah is the founder and host of The Science in Real Life Podcast, a platform she launched to share authentic STEM career journeys and highlight the experiences of STEM professionals, particularly within the African context. Through the podcast, she creates conversations that inspire, inform, and encourage the next generation of scientists.
