Barasa Magdaline is a final year student at Masinde Muliro University. She is pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Education Science whereby teaching subjects are Biology and Chemistry. She has been teaching in various schools like St. Augustine Kamolo Secondary, St. Patrick’s Ikonyero Secondary, St. Joseph high school. Through teaching Magy gained valuable experience and was appointed as Head Of subject biology at St. Augustine Kamolo. The positive outcomes from the institutions was not only school centred but also community at large. She is passionate to empower women at Dada STEM and also enable them achieve their goals.
