Rachel Ogola is an advocate of the High court of Kenya, a certified mediator, associate arbitrator and a litigation advocate. She is also  a human rights activist with a biase in women, children and refugee rights. She champions for climate Justice and mental health.

She is the founder of watoto wa mazingira (Environment and climate change platform for children) and the CEO of Eczema Society of Kenya (now Eczema Support Kenya). She is a Board Commiitte member at International Alliance of Dermatology Patient Organizations-Global Skin, an in-house mentor at Dada Stem, Eupati fellow 2024, BOG member various primary and Secondary Schools an enterpreneur and a member of Prestigious professional Associations.

She has won several awards such as Global Skin Elevate –innovation winner,2023-Belgium, Finalist Zuri awards 2023, Health Sector nominee-Kenya and Finalist Women in Business Awards 2024.
